For the fifth edition of the festival, 36 artists traveled to Wilhelmshaven to compete in the street painting competition. A new nation this time was an artist from Bosnia & Herzegovina. For the first time, a Wilhelmshaven woman is also among the participating artists.
On the Valoisplatz the Mexican brother and sister Adry del Rocio and Carlosalberto GH created together with the Italian Toni Cuboliquido a colorful animal motif, which unfortunately turned out smaller than planned due to the bad weather, but therefore made no less impression.
In the supporting program, the street magician Lukas Kaminski inspired and the "Live Painting" invited to join in, where people dressed completely in white could be painted with colorful colors by the visitors. On the Rambla in Bahnhofstraße, two sprayers from Wilhelmshaven also demonstrated the art of "Cellographity", in which graffiti is applied to stretched film.
The body painting team around Jörg Düsterwald took on a new challenge this year and created an art installation consisting of several models with the project "Strandgut".
