Born in Michoacan, Mexico, César developed from early age skills of expression through visual arts.
As a result of having lived in different states of Mexico and Peru, he developed a taste for history, culture, ancient civilizations, science fiction and fantasy; influencing his early art works. He has since participated every year in exhibitions and activities in different art galleries and other venues in Mexico, USA and Europe.
Currently his work’s vision is to reimagine already established characters and situations taken from old photographs by using colorful masks, interactive metaphysical objects and surrealist interactions to create a whole new paradigm symbolized by hilarity and color.
