Carlos currently serves as the general coordinator for cultural development and urban art at IMDEC (Municipal Institute for Cultural Development of San Nicolás de los Garza).
From 2009 to the present, he has been part of the urban art program of the San Nicolás de los Garza municipal government, N.L.
The artist, who hails from San Nicolás de los Garza, specializes in urban art on walls and on the ground (madonnari) and primarily creates human figures and nature motifs.
His work as an art patron has brought him great satisfaction, as it has allowed him to support emerging talent and represent Mexico in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and the United States.
